Instruments:
5mm trocar
3mm Scissor
3mm Hook Cautery
3mm a traumatic Cautery
Procedure:
Enter the abdomen with the 5mm trocar
Push the hydrocele sac into the abdomen
Puncture and Drain the Fluid
Make a stab incision in the ipsilateral lower quadrant
Resect the sac
IMPORTANT: Be very careful with the cord structures, cord vessels and Vas deferens.
If you can’t perform this step in a safe way Avoid it or do it partially
Close the opening of the internal inguinal orifice with the double loop technique
